If you’ve seen the error message below then chances are you’re using GridBuddy in Chrome with AdBlock enabled.  Unfortunately, updating to the most recent version of Chrome will not help.  But the good news is there is a way to fix it!  Here’s how:

Step 2 - Click on "Don't run on pages in this domain"

Step 3 - Telling AdBlock Where Not to Run

In the widget that appears, move the slider until you see the following appear below “AdBlock won’t run on any page matching:”

*.{your Salesforce instance}.visual.force.com/*

Step 3b - What About Record Detail Pages with Embedded Grids?

Record Detail Pages with embedded grids will also display this error.  Repeat steps 1 and 2 to fix it.  This time though you’ll want to make sure you see the following below “AdBlock won’t run on any page matching:”

*{your Salesforce instance}.salesforce.com/*

Notice there is no “ . “ before your instance.  You shouldn’t need to move any sliders this time.

Click “Exclude” to disable AdBlock.
